Potato Salad

6 cups pototoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced
4-6 slices bacon, diced
1/3 cup vinegar
3 Tbs Mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/3 cup sugar
4 hard boiled eggs

Place potatoes in the Rock N Serve Large Deep and cover with the Rock N Serve Large Shallow. Cook on high for 10 minutes, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.

(You can now use these potatoes for mashing, frying, or potato salad.)

Cook the bacon pieces in the Rock N Serve Medium Shallow for 4 minutes on High, stirring each minute. Drain off half of the bacon grease. To the remaining bacon grease and bacon, add sugar and vinegar; stir quickly so the sugar dissolves. Add this mixture to the potatoes with the celery and onion., blend in the mayonnaise. Chill.

(These ingredients work for macaroni salad also)
