CREAM CHEESE DIP

8 oz. Cream Cheese
softened Tortilla Chips
1 jar Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Combine cream cheese and salsa in the 5 1/2-cup ImpressionsClassic Bowl using a Saucy Silicone Spatula mix well.Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with chips in the Chip ‘N Dip container.

CHEESE BALL

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 ts Simply Garlic Seasoning Mix
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 t Worcestershire sauce
Real Bacon Bits
Chopped onion
Assorted Crackers

Chop the onion and shred 1 cup cheddar cheese. Combine the cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic in a 10-cupImpressions Classic Bowl using a spatula to mix well.

Place the lid on the bowl and shake (to get the mixture away from the sides). Add the bacon bits, cover and roll in the bowl to form a ball.Place in a Forget Me Not Container. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with crackers.

Yield: 2 cheese balls in Forget Me Nots.

Gooey Chocolate Brownies

1 (15.1 oz) pkg. fudge brownie mix (8 x 8 pan size)
1 large egg
3 Tbsp. water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 (12 oz) jar caramel sauce (optional)

In a 6 cup Heat N Serve Tupperware container mix together the first four ingredients. Microwave uncovered on High for 5 to 6 minutes, (rotate every 2 minutes if you don't have a turntable), or until toothpick tests clean. Cool slightly before scooping our of container; serve warm with caramel sauce drizzled over each brownie. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Rockin Ravioli

1 (16 oz) package frozen Ravioli
1 qt. jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 small can of mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup + 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Use the Rock 'N Serve Large Deep Container. Place all of the above ingredients (just 1 cup of the cheese) in the Rock 'N Serve Large Deep. Stir well. Place the seal on the container and vent. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until the Ravioli is hot and tender. Stir. Top with remaining cup of cheese. Microwave on high without the seals for 2-3 minutes more until the cheese is melted.

Potato Salad

6 cups pototoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced
4-6 slices bacon, diced
1/3 cup vinegar
3 Tbs Mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/3 cup sugar
4 hard boiled eggs

Place potatoes in the Rock N Serve Large Deep and cover with the Rock N Serve Large Shallow. Cook on high for 10 minutes, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.

(You can now use these potatoes for mashing, frying, or potato salad.)

Cook the bacon pieces in the Rock N Serve Medium Shallow for 4 minutes on High, stirring each minute. Drain off half of the bacon grease. To the remaining bacon grease and bacon, add sugar and vinegar; stir quickly so the sugar dissolves. Add this mixture to the potatoes with the celery and onion., blend in the mayonnaise. Chill.

(These ingredients work for macaroni salad also)
