Cinnamon-Vanilla Whipped Topping

1 pound strawberries

1/2 tsp Chef Series Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning

1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Place whipped topping in a 6-cup container. Sprinkle Cinnamon-Vanilla seasoning
over whipped topping. Blend until smooth with spatula. Store in refrigerator
until ready to serve; wash strawberries and pat dry with paper towels and place
in a container.

Add 2 TBS of cinnamon-vanilla whipped topping in snack cups. Place 1 to 2
strawberries on the rim of the snack cup to serve.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits

1 1/4 cups milk
1 box (3.4 oz) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
1-6 oz container French Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup milk chocolate and peanut butter chips
1 TBS. butter
4 granola bars crushed or crumbled cookies
1 small bottle fudge topping
Optional: whipped topping and chopped peanuts

In Tupperware Quick Chef container or something similar: Use the paddle blade, add milk and yogurt. Sprinkle pudding mix over milk and yogurt. Replace cover, blend vigorously for several minutes until thickened. In 2 cup Micro Pitcher, microwave Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter chips and 1 TBS of butter for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over pudding and blend vigorously until light and creamy.

To Assemble: Crumble cookies or crushed granola into snack cups. Add a dollop of fudge topping. Top with pudding and drizzle 1 TBS of fudge topping over pudding. Garnish with whipped topping and chopped peanuts if desired.

Fix N Mix Bread

3 3/4 cups Warm (not hot) water

3 pkgs yeast

6 TBSP sugar

5 or 6 tsp. salt

10 cups flour

6 TBSP Margarine

2 eggs


Mix yeast with warm water to dissolve in Fix N Mix bowl. Add
sugar, salt, eggs, margarine, and 5 cups flour. Mix well with electric mixer.
Add last 5 cups of flour and stir by hand. Put seal on bowl and let rise until
seal pops off. Divide into 4 loaves and put in greased pans. Let set for 40
minutes., covered with a slightly damp towel. Bake at 350 degrees for 40
minutes.

Fruit Salsa

1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into wedges
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into pieces8 strawberries, remove stems
2 Tbsp. apple jelly (optional)

Place apple pieces, kiwi pieces and strawberries in Quick Chef.Add apple jelly, if desired. Turn handle until fruit is coarselychopped. Do not over chop. Serve with chips in the Chip ‘N Dip container.

Mango-Pineapple Salsa

1/2 Red Onion, peeled & halved
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, cored, seeded & halved
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, cored, seeded & halved
1/4 cup Cilantro leaves
1 Jalapeno Pepper, (or to taste) seeded & quartered
1 Mango, peeled, pitted & chopped
1 Tbsp Chef Series Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
1 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lime, juiced

Place onion, peppers and cilantro in Quick Chef with blade attachment; cover and turn handle to coarsely chop. Add remaining ingredients; cover and chop until mango and pineapple are desired consistency.

Remove blade from Quick Chef and remove salsa to serving bowl with Saucy Silicone Spatula. Chill until ready to serve.

Serve with tortilla chips

Sausage Balls

1 lb of sausage
1/4 cup of water
1 box of Stove Top Stuffing, any flavor

Mix all ingredients together using a Saucy Silicone Spatula , till stuffing is moistened. Shape into quarter size balls, stick a toothpick in the middle, and place 8-10 at a time in a Rock-n-Serve LargeShallow. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Use sweet-n-sour sauce for dipping!
Hamburger may be substituted for Sausage, and use steak sauce for dipping.

English Triffle

1 lb. loaf style pound cake, broken in pieces and sprinkled with 1/3 c. dry sherry
3 oz. Jello frozen (any flavor), prepared
1 pkg. strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, thawed
1 pkg. egg custard or vanilla pudding, prepared
1 container Cool WhipChocolate shavings for top (optional)

Layer each of ingredients in a Sheerly Elegant Bowl in the order given. Using the Saucy Silicone Spatula, spread Cool Whip on top and garnish with chocolate shavings or whatever you like.
